This Limited Warranty explains how Loomandlath addresses items that arrive damaged, defective on arrival (DOA), or not as ordered.
1. Reporting Window (48 Hours)
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report:
- Damage in transit
- Defective on arrival (DOA)
- Wrong item received
To submit a claim, email info@loomandlath.com. and include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label (if available).
2. Review and Possible Solutions
After reviewing your claim, we will provide an appropriate resolution depending on the circumstances, which may include:
- Replacement (item or part)
- Repair guidance or troubleshooting support
- Return and refund processing consistent with our Returns & Refund Policy
For confirmed quality issues, wrong shipment, or damage in transit, return shipping responsibility is handled by the seller or as appropriate after review.
3. What This Limited Warranty Does Not Cover
This Limited Warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Misuse, abuse, accidental damage after delivery, or damage caused by improper installation/care
- Issues reported after the 48-hour window for DOA/damage/wrong item claims
4. Disclaimer of Implied Warranties
To the extent permitted by law, implied warranties are disclaimed or limited.
